My Story
My first baking memory is sitting in a high chair next to the counter watching my mom as she stirred, mixed and made her amazing homey cakes. I remember the look in her eyes when she saw how eager I was to taste the next cake to come out of the oven. I can still remember the smells and can taste those fluffy and delicious treats so many years later. Pastry Chef It is all about passion, you need to feel it in the tip of every finger, that is how I fell in love with pastries and cross the line from just-food at my kitchen to a whole new culinary adventure. After graduated from the Culinary Institute of Life, I realized that the most important thing is to put your heart on the plate! I dedicated myself to create fine dining that will create a harmonious symphony of culinary excellence. Innovation These memories I cherished pushed me to step into my ancestor's shoes, my beloved mother and grandmothers and recreate those feelings.
